Clear Leadership (4 day workshop)

Clear Leadership is designed to increase your ability to have organizational learning conversations that lead to productive working relationships. The skills will increase your level of self-differentiation and your ability to create and sustain effective partnerships with subordinates, peers and leaders in your organization.

Specifically in Clear Leadership, Participants:

Power + Systems: The Organizational Workshop, Where It All Comes Together (1 or 2 day workshop)

The Organizational Workshop is a unique learn-by-doing workshop that provides valuable insight that assists participants in pulling together toward common organizational goals. You will experience first-hand what life is like in other parts of the organization, receive tools to manage change, and discover strategies for building successful partnerships. This workshop is an energizing experience that has been proven effective with hundreds of organizations worldwide. The experience and learning are grounded in solid organizational theory based on years of testing and experience. This workshop is designed for clinical leaders, managers, directors and executives.
