Clear Leadership (4 day workshop)
Clear Leadership is designed to increase your ability to have organizational learning conversations that lead to productive working relationships. The skills will increase your level of self-differentiation and your ability to create and sustain effective partnerships with subordinates, peers and leaders in your organization.
Specifically in Clear Leadership, Participants:
- Learn skills required to sustain partnership and collaboration
- Develop skills required for leading learning in the midst of performing
- Practice skills of self differentiation

Power + Systems: The Organizational Workshop, Where It All Comes Together (1 or 2 day workshop)
