Presentation Skills for Health Professionals:
5 Steps to Accelerated Learning — How to Enhance Retention & Performance
In this day of overwhelming technology, a major challenge for leaders is providing information that is easily retainable and recallable. Often, staff leave a meeting or workshop and by the time they are out the door, they have forgotten what they learned. Why? The information is not presented in a way that is easy to learn and even more important, to remember. Leaders everywhere, have a lot of important information to share, but if it is not presented in a learnable way, time, effort and money is lost.
This highly, engaging and interactive session, will teach you the Dos and Don’ts of an important teaching technology called Accelerated Learning. You will learn how to:
- Control participants energy, with exciting new ways,
- Hook the audience’s interest with simple strategies,
- Engage the audience with whole brain learning,
- Maximize participation using relevant and fun techniques,
- Use a flipchart for maximum learning,
- Apply strategies to increase audience recall and retention,
- Design a workshop in less time with greater learning,
- Utilize a simple process for maximum participation and learning
Accelerated Learning is the only teaching method that turns the learning process into a powerful, effective and fun experience. The knowledge you have is important to share, why not share it in a way that audiences can remember it?
