Generations Talkin’: How to Connect with “Them”

Learn to listen and communicate with those who are significantly ‘older’ or ‘younger’ than you. You will learn how to immediately connect with Baby Boomers, what specific strategy motivates Gen X’ers and how to engage Gen Y’s.
