Very useful and motivating to deal with responding to the ‘voice in my head.’  Good to learn about the 3 step process.

Quite an eye-opener. Barb made me very conscious of my approach to my inner critic.  Very thought-provoking.  I enjoyed every word.

The opportunity to take this course (Power + Systems) came at the perfect time.  With all the change going on, there is a lot of frustration and low moral.  This course made me more aware of how I can influence positive change and left me feeling empowered and optimistic!
